Sun+, SunPro or Terra: which solar tracker fits your project?

Compare Falco Sun+, SunPro and Terra solar trackers for residential, commercial, municipal and agricultural projects before requesting a site study.

Reading time: about 2 minUpdated on
Solar trackers from the Falco Solar product range.

Choose a tracker family from the electricity needs and physical constraints of the site. Sun+, SunPro and Terra serve different settings; the final mechanical and electrical configuration still requires project validation.

Shared tracking technology

Falco designs and manufactures its single-axis trackers in France. East–west movement changes the production profile during the day. Its value depends on the overlap with electricity demand.

Module capacity alone is not a complete specification. Modules, inverters, foundations, cabling and grid connection must be considered as one installation.

Sun+ for residential ground-mounted projects

Sun+ is intended for suitable residential grounds. Check available space, shading, access and the full module movement envelope. Compare the household demand profile with simulated production.

Heat pumps and vehicle charging can have different schedules. Separate measured demand from proposed new loads and review the Sun+ installation overview.

SunPro for businesses and municipalities

SunPro addresses professional sites with suitable ground. Unused space beside a building may be worth assessing if service routes, underground networks and future development remain protected.

Use load curves and a local simulation. The three-SunPro industrial case study illustrates one layout; it is not a performance guarantee for another business.

Terra for agricultural settings

Terra provides an elevated structure for agricultural projects. Plan energy production alongside animal movement, land care, machinery and electrical access.

Height alone does not guarantee compatibility with every animal or machine. Verify clearances in the relevant positions and assess the project’s regulatory classification separately.

Provide photographs, a site plan and interval consumption data. Current product documentation and the approved configuration govern implementation. Consider a fixed PV option where it suits the site.
